At StewBerry Bakery, we want to ensure your treats arrive as fresh and delicious as when they left our kitchen. Please review our shipping policies below:

1. Shipping Schedule: We ship orders Monday through Thursday to avoid weekend delays and ensure timely delivery. Orders placed after 12 PM on Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

2. Perishable Products: All cakes are shipped with ice packs to maintain freshness. Please note that ice packs may melt during transit, and that is completely normal. It is important to bring your package inside immediately upon delivery.

3. Storage Instructions: For the best experience, place your treats in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive. Allow items to reach the appropriate temperature before enjoying.
